We have a great job offer for a veterinarian who wants to work in a private practice where a sense of humor and intellectual curiosity are valued assets; where the workplace atmosphere is congenial and cooperative; where kindness, patience, and respect are the principles that guide interactions with patients, clients, and coworkers; where decisions about patient care and diagnostics are made by the attending doctor, not dictated by a template designed by a corporate owner most interested in repeatability and profit; and likewise, where business management decisions are made by people working every day as part of the team. We like our employees to strike balance in their lives and we're ok with flexible schedules and diversity. Our senior staff loves to mentor and teach and encourages creativity and innovation from everyone. For an experienced doctor, pay employs a ProSal with a generous guaranteed base (for a new graduate, no worries: we offer a simple straight salary without the pressure of ProSal), and there's buy-in potential for someone interested in ownership. Come and meet us, see what you think- we'll put you up overnight and buy you dinner.

Positively represent the hospital in the professional community and to the general public.
Ardmore Companion Animal Hospital in Ardmore, Tennessee is a privately owned, well-established, small animal practice with a great community reputation for kind and compassionate care.
ACAH has steadily grown over the past 20 + years. We have a new facility that we moved into last November.
The geographic location of the hospital in an essentially rural town very near the tech-centric city of Huntsville, Alabama, means that the clientele ranges from farmers to rocket scientists, with a caseload equally varied. This location allows us the opportunity to manage complex and challenging cases in medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology and surgery.
