We are a bustling GP practice looking to add a second full-time veterinarian to the team. Our updated practice and equipment ensure you have everything you need to provide the best care to your patients and clients.
You will work closely with our awesome team of licensed vet techs, veterinary assistants, practice manager, and front desk staff to provide topnotch veterinary care. The ideal candidate is a veterinarian dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary care who enjoys a variety of GP cases and building long-lasting client relationships.

The higher of a base annual salary of $115,000 - $135,000 or percentage of production (commensurate with experience)
$10,000 signing bonus
Flexible work schedule - can do a 4 or 5-day schedule depending on your preference. No after-hours and no on-call duty.
Full reimbursement of NY veterinary license, DEA registration, AVMA/NYVMA membership dues, VIN account and PLIT
Great CE allowance (stipend and paid days off)

It is important that you have the necessary tools and technology to provide the best care as smoothly as possible. Our hospital has:
Digital x-ray with the option to send out for radiologist review
Dental x-ray and dental unit
Surgical suite with full monitoring (multiparameter monitoring unit, doppler BP etc.)
Antech reference lab and Idexx in-house bloodwork machines (CBC and chem)
Mobile specialists for available for imaging (ultrasound, echo) and orthopedic surgery when needed
Nearby specialty and 24-hour hospitals for referrals, emergencies and consultations
Electronic medical records (Impromed) – so you can efficiently review charts and update your notes
Wonderful clients who are dedicated to their pets and eager to provide the best care
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
Internship trained or 2+ years experience preferred. We are open to mentoring recent graduates if it is the right fit.
