We are looking for an associate veterinarian to join our close-knit, 4.5 doctor team in sunny Queen Creek, AZ. New graduates welcome! We offer strong mentorship, including hands-on support for surgery and procedures, dedicated time for case review with our medical director, and frequent meetings to offer feedback and support.
"Official" team-building events such as kayaking, goat-yoga, picnics in the park, etc. take place quarterly and families are welcome to at least two. "Unofficial" pot-lucks, holiday activities, birthday celebrations, and community involvement are even more frequent.
We believe in always growing, having fun at work, personal and professional development, and honoring work-life balance with flexible scheduling, etc.
We are an independently-owned small animal practice (though we love our goat patients and have seen a horse or two in a pinch!). We offer soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dentistry, urgent and emergency care, alternative and holistic medicine (including herbal and ozone therapy), general/preventative care, and end-of life care. However, we are open to seeing any species or offering any service a doctor feels comfortable doing so!
Starting salary 100K, however, this is always negotiable based on previous experience or production. Health, vision, and dental insurance, generous CE allowance, paid time off for CE, vacation, and reimbursement of state, DEA, and one other license. All benefits negotiable.
We are a privately-owned, busy, fast-growing, 4.5 doctor practice in sunny Queen Creek, Arizona. We provide general and wellness care, urgent and emergency care, surgery, alternative and holistic medicine, end-of-life care, and dentistry services. Our doctors and staff are given autonomy and input and we are constantly evolving and improving. We currently see cats, dogs, rabbits, goats, and chickens. We are happy to see any animal that a doctor feels comfortable with and would love to offer more exotic and "farm pet" care. We are honored to be the only hospital in our area open 7 days a week during the day. We are proud to be Queen Creek's first veterinary clinic and to be truly being a part of our community. We have a work culture focused on teamwork, respect, personal growth, work-life balance, and having fun together - in and out of work.
