Candidates must be able to diagnose, treat, and research medical conditions and assess general health conditions of patients, as well, triage and treat emergencies. Effective communication and the ability to offer optional treatments plans is essential. Must have DVM and be licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina.
What other skills do you need? The right doctors for these job must also be able to organize, plan and prioritize work load while maintaining AAHA standards. Other requires skills include team building, problem solving and good decision making.
