Des Moines Veterinary Hospital is currently looking for a full time AssociateVeterinarian to join our growing practice. We are looking for someone to work weekdays with a Saturday rotation. If you love working with exotic pet patients then this is definitely the place for you!
Besides serving clients with cats and dogs, we service a variety of small and exotic animals. There is a big demand for exotic services in this area. One of the Medical Directors, Dr. Onorati is Avian Board Certified, and Dr. Conger sees reptiles. Both doctors see cats, dogs, pocket pets and rabbits. We have a Cardiologist and Radiologist that will come into the hospital and do cardiac work-ups and ultrasounds. The hospital was also remodeled six years ago.
Des Moines is located near Puget Sound and is approximately twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. Normandy Park has great schools and Kent/Covington has newer housing with varied housing options. We are close to the ocean and the mountains so what's not to love? You can enjoy biking, hiking, gardening and shopping.
