-we have great workflow; our hospital manager is both a licensed tech and manager,

-Dr. Baker offered to help one of the assistants to go to tech school,

-our veterinarians are able to donate services, if necessary,
-4-day work week, appointment times are flexible and generally range from 15-30 minutes
-we consult with Seals Teams and police department for their dogs,
-we do Exotics and French Bulldogs among others,
- our staff includes 4 licensed techs plus 8 assistants (2 are completing their tech class),
-each DVM has 1 assistant/1 tech plus other floaters,
-our space is 2700 Sq Ft with 4 exam rooms
-we like fun and have frequent surprise visits from our local ice cream truck, celebrate Cinco de Mayo and staff birthdays,
-Dr. Baker loves the latest technology. Currently, we havewhole body and dental digital x-ray, flexible and rigid endoscopy, underwater treadmill, in-house lab, ultrasound (18 cases/day).
-Surgery is not an essential skill we need at this time,
-new grad or experienced veterinarian with the ability to create strong interpersonal relationships with clients, patients, and staff,
-passion for veterinary medicine,
-Desire to be part of a great team and contribute back.
$15K signing bonus, guaranteed base $95-$150K depending on experience, 20% production
Cover Malpractice insurance, Health Insurance, CE $3000 plus time off, Simple Roth, vacation and sick leave, licenses.
