Countryside Animal Clinic in Beverly Hills, FL is an established, AAHA-Accredited small and large animal veterinary practice that is committed to providing the best possible care and service to our pet patients and their people while maintaining a positive, rewarding work environment for our team. We’re seeking a motivated DVM to join us in helping the animals of Beverly Hills, FL. Our practice is 92% SA with the rest a mix of species (exotics, avian, goats, horses, cattle, pocket pets). We are looking for Small Animal, Small Animal/Exotic or Mixed Animal Applicants. Our pay is based on production so you earn for what you do. The pay is above the national average for hours worked. The position can be full time or part time. Work the schedule that fits you!

Our Location
Located on Florida's west coast 90 minutes from Gainesville, Orlando & Tampa. Our county offers many recreational activities, good schools, low crime and great quality of life; biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, golf and more. Get out of the cold and into the sunshine! 92% small animal/8% equine with some avian, exotics, goats and pot bellied pigs and are open to new interests. $15,000 signing bonus for full time applicant. About You
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Any level of clinical experience acceptable-we are very comfortable mentoring as needed.
• Computer literacy
• Proficient in veterinary practice software
• Client-focused
• Exotic-pocket pet experience/interest welcomed but not essential
• An interest or specialty you can bring to the practice or would like to pursue
• A desire to build long-term relationships with pet parents & the community
• Experience with soft-tissue surgery skills preferred
• Caring and professional
• Excellent communication skills & sense of humor

• Currently or eligible to be licensed in the state of Florida

DVM degree with Florida license & federal accreditation. Must have a good driving record and have Florida drivers license if doing ambulatory work.
Skills required are a strong medical knowledge, proficiency in surgery, equine experience mandatory for mixed animal candidate, good communication skills and ability to work within a team based management environment.
