John R. Steele & Associates is looking to hire an equine veterinarian with a keen interest in Equine Sports Medicine to work alongside Dr. Tim Ober, US Show Jumping Team Veterinarian since 2001.

Our practice focus is providing the highest level of care to top equine athletes competing in Show Jumping, Dressage, Eventing, and Show Hunter disciplines at all levels. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious veterinarian to gain extensive experience with lameness evaluation, the diagnostic process, therapeutic treatment, and regenerative medicine, as well as purchase examinations.

Candidates must be organized, focused, and committed to learning both independently and during practice. This fast paced position offers endless opportunity to fine tune skills in radiography, ultrasonography, case management and participate in clinical research. The practice is located in Wellington, Florida during the winter months and Gordonsville, Virginia during the summer months with some additional travel.
