Arkansas Veterinary Emergency and Specialists in Little Rock, Arkansas is looking to add a full or part-time Emergency Veterinarian and a possible Medical Director to their amazing team!

We are ideally looking for someone who wants to work a schedule of 10 shifts every 4 weeks for a straight salary of $150,000 and up to $20,000 in travel reimbursement (for non-local candidates) and signing/retention bonuses.  We offer a variety of shifts (6a-6p / 6p-6a and options for swing shifts on weekends) and a diverse caseload.  This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy hospital with a strong support team! Experienced candidates with an interest in leadership roles are encouraged, as the option to add a Medical Director position to this role is now available.

We practice in a well-equipped 8,500 square foot facility in west Little Rock. Our specialties include Surgery, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Dentistry, Critical Care, and Ophthalmology, while our emergency team provides both referred and after-hours emergency care. Our ideal candidate has an excellent attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work as an extension of our specialty team, helping to provide both cohesive medical care and communication between clients, referring veterinarians, and specialists.
